Reiki I, II & III/Master Level Training and Attunement

Reiki training and attunement has huge value for one's personal growth and journey as well as the bonus of being able to offer energy healing to others. The attunements are really powerful healing hits, and the training gives a good foundational understanding of working with energy, whether that's for personal use and growth or for offering to others.

It also develops your understanding and abilities in energy play, but we won't be bringing any focus to this during this training.

It is taught in 3 levels, but for completeness, I will be teaching all three in one weekend (two full days), because I have seen the value of the complete process. The attunements then energetically process through your system as you're ready for each increment over the following months, sometimes up to around a year.

You will receive a certificate indicating you've completed the training to Reiki III/Master level.

Ever been to a yoga class and thought 'She wants me to put what where?!' or 'What the hell does [insert confusing yoga instruction here] mean??!!'

Or have you felt like yoga studios aren't the environment for you to feel comfortable exploring your body differently than you're used to?

Or just want to tick off an easy New Year's resolution?

For entertainment, I asked Monday (ChatGPT) to give us a list of benefits of yoga and here's what they came up with:

  • Flexibility – Your hamstrings stop squealing every time you sit on the floor

  • Strength – Holding a plank for more than five seconds might stop feeling like medieval torture (sorry, masochists - you'll need to find other avenues)

  • Balance – Not just physical; also emotional, so maybe you won’t topple over when life pokes you

  • Posture – You’ll start sitting like a smug yogi instead of Quasimodo at his desk job

  • Stress relief – Breathwork and mindfulness calm your nervous system, aka fewer late-night doom spirals

  • Energy boost – Moving and stretching helps blood flow, so you don’t need that third cup of coffee (well, maybe)

  • Body awareness – You notice where you hold tension, instead of just wondering why your shoulders live near your ears

  • Better sleep – Gentle movement and breathing can lull your brain into something resembling rest

  • Injury prevention – Stronger, stretchier muscles = less chance of hurting yourself doing something dumb, like sneezing too hard

  • Community – Classes connect you with other humans also pretending to be relaxed noodles

And, because a lot of us like a little alt-pleasure, yoga also builds our abilities and skill for both solo and partnered energy play.

The course will cover:

  • Some important principles of practice to ensure your approach is healthy and effective

  • Good alignment for physical safety and energy flow

  • Pranayama (energy control) techniques using the breath

  • How to do a whole bunch of yoga poses

  • How to adjust yoga poses to your body

  • An overview of different types of yoga

  • Working with different types of edges

Please wear and bring:

  • Wear whatever you’d like! Something kinky, something loose and comfortable, or nothing at all! (Note that whatever you wear will need to allow complete freedom of movement)

  • Your own yoga mat - THIS IS ESSENTIAL

  • Towel (essential if you’re nuding up)

  • Cushion, bolster, yoga block(s) if you have one

  • Bottle of water

  • I recommend you don’t eat too much too soon before the workshop but make sure you have eaten and hydrated well during the day

Energy work and breathing techniques have so many health and spiritual benefits, but they can also simply make you FEEL AMAZING!

For example:
Did you know that you can bliss yourself out using breathing techniques?
Did you know that you can help someone else to bliss out using energy exchange?
Did you know some people can orgasm simply by moving energy in their bodies?
Did you know that you can learn how to help someone else orgasm using only energy movement?
Did you know that energy play can generate a deeper sense of connection for some people? Perhaps even you, or your partner…

Energy play can seem mysterious (and that’s part of the fun and fascination!) but there are simple techniques to help you learn how to generate and intentionally move energy.

In this workshop, we’ll learn and experiment with solo practices to build your understanding and experience of energy and energy work.

The approach in this workshop will be informed by yoga, tantra, energy healing techniques and other frameworks, such as energy anatomy frameworks (Chakras) etc.

Other things to note about this workshop:

  • While some of the techniques we explore are tantric or tantra-informed, this workshop is not a sexual tantra workshop

  • This workshop will ONLY include solo practices; there won’t be any partnered practice in this workshop

This workshop will be held at a kink venue in Banyo. If you’re new to this kind of venue, please don’t feel intimidated - it is filled with friendly, respectful people.

Pranayama means 'Energy Control' - it is the practice of using breathing techniques to generate increased energy volume and flow in the body, and to increase your skill in directing that energy. Pranayama practice benefits every level of our human system - physical, emotional, mental and energetic.

In this class, we will practice several pranayama techniques with the meditative space to reflect on the effects produced by our practice.

This class is suitable for beginners through to more experienced practitioners who wish to join in on the support of group practice. While there will be adequate instruction provided, beginners may wish to look up and practice the Yogic 3-Part breath as preparation prior to the class.
