Energy Power-Up Class - Experience Pranayama

Pranayama means 'Energy Control' - it is the practice of using breathing techniques to generate increased energy volume and flow in the body, and to increase your skill in directing that energy. Pranayama practice benefits every level of our human system - physical, emotional, mental and energetic.

In this class, we will practice several pranayama techniques with the meditative space to reflect on the effects produced by our practice.

This class is suitable for beginners through to more experienced practitioners who wish to join in on the support of group practice. While there will be adequate instruction provided, beginners may wish to look up and practice the Yogic 3-Part breath as preparation prior to the class.
